He has vast exposure in Finance as well as IT having served as Chief Executive/ Director at Escorts Investment Bank, Automation Advisor at National Commercial Bank Jeddah and Group Executive – IT Group at Habib Bank Limited.
Muhammad Naeem Khan - Chief Operating Officer
M. Naeem Khan having started his career from Consumer Banking and going on to Investment Banking, has worked in banks in Oman, Luxembourg and Pakistan. He was the Vice President of Al-Faysal Investment Bank Limited from 1993 to 1996 and then the Chief Operating Officer of Escorts Investment Bank Limited from 1996 to 2007.
Nasir Ayub - Business Head
Nasir Ayub did his MBA in 1971 from IBA Karachi. Besides 13 years experience in Industry, he has over 22 years of financial sector experience in development, commercial, corporate, investment banking and leasing. He has worked with NDFC as SVP for 9 years and Chase Manhattan Bank N.A for over 6 years as Corporate Client Executive. He was MD and CEO of Paramount Leasing Limited for over 1 ½ years before joining IIBL (formerly CSIBL) in June 2004.
Muhammad Salman Haider - Chief Financial Officer
Salman Haider is a Chartered Accountant with 7 years experience of Investment Banks and Leasing Companies as Financial Controller and Chief Financial Officer. He joined IIBL in 2007.
Shaheen Hussain - Chief Information Officer
Shaheen Hussain has done her Business and Data Processing Honours from Durham College of Applied Arts and Technology Ontario, Canada and a BSc (Hons) in Economics and Management from the London School of Economics, UK. She is also a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM). Shaheen Hussain has over 23 years of diversified experience in managing corporate IT infrastructures in Institutions such as NDFC, Habib Bank and Fauji Foundation. She joined IIBL (formerly CSIBL) in 2007.
Tauqeer Ahmed Khawaja - Head of Corporate and Investment Banking
Tauqeer Khawaja is MBA with majors in Finance from Quaid-e-Azam University. He has over 20 years of experience in SME Banking, Credit and Marketing, Credit Risk Management, General, Investment and Corporate Banking and Special Asset Management. His area of expertise and knowledge is in SME. He has been with IIBL (formerly CSIBL) since 2003.
Roohi R. Khan - Advisor Banking Affairs
MBA from IBA Karachi in 1976, Roohi Khan has over 30 years experience of Banking Sector with 22 years at NDFC from 1976 to 1998. She has served as CEO of Asian Leasing Corporation Limited and then as COO of Trust Investment Bank Limited. She joined IIBL in 2004.
Sheikh Zahid Hussain - Head of Internal Audit
Zahid Hussain, MBA in Finance from IBA Karachi in 1969, has vast Internal Audit experience having worked in Abu Dhabi and Pakistan. He has been responsible for audit and financial controls of operations in general banking, foreign currencies department, trade finance and advances. He became a part of IIBL (formerly CSIBL) in July 2005.
Farooq Lakhani - Head of Capital Projects Development
Farooq Lakhani’s core competencies are in Asset Management and Economic Research. He has been the CEO of International Asset Management Company Limited which is an investment advisory firm jointly owned by Morgan Stanley Asset Management, ADB, NDFC and CSIBL. He became a part of the IIBL management team in 2007.
