Khalid Ahmed Sherwani - Administrator
Mr. Sherwani was appointed on the Board of KSE on September 11, 2008 by
the SECP. He has done B.Sc. (Honours) and M.Sc. from the University of
Karachi. He possesses a blend of management and information technology
experience of 39 years, including 7 years as President, Allied Bank Limited.
He worked at United Bank Limited for over 32 years, as SEVP in senior
management positions for 16 years prior to working in IT in various functions
for a similar period. He also served as President, UBL and Managing Director,
HBFC during this period.
Saeed Anwar- Advisor To Administrator
Saeed Anwar, a post graduate of Punjab University, Lahore started his professional career by joining United Bank Ltd (UBL) in 1967. Over the years, he gained a diversified experience by working in different capacities in various locations and rose in UBL to the level of Senior Executive Vice President (SEVP) by 1992. Some of the important positions / assignments held by him in UBL are as follows,

In 2001, he was engaged by the Ministry of Finance, Government of Pakistan as the Chairman of the Central Directorate of National Savings to revamp this organization.
Mr. Anwar is a Fellow of Institute of Bankers, Pakistan. During the last five years he was involved in various consultancy assignments in the Financial sector of the country.
Muhammad Shafiq Naeem – Business Head
Mr. Muhammad Shafiq Naeem is having versatile Commercial Banking experience spread over almost 40 years. After graduating in 1965 from The Karachi University he joined US Based Multinational Bank and worked through 1989 as part of Branch and the Country management domestically as well internationally in various senior managerial capacities. Subsequently he worked with Prime commercial Bank Ltd. (now Royal Bank of Scotland) starting from 1992 until its sale in 2007 in various senior management positions. Last position held was Group Head Compliance and Risk Management. He joined IIBL on May 05,2009 as business head.
Suhail Yousaf Butt - Head Human Resource
Mr. Sohail Yousuf Butt has joined Innovative Investment Bank in March 2007 for looking after the Recoveries Department, Human Resource & Administration Departments. He had previously been associated with successful establishment and undertaking of various businesses over the span of 32 years in United Kingdom. Working at various levels of Management he had been involved in Leather Sector exports and Property Business. Later to which he turned to Pakistan and concentrated towards Real Estate Development Projects. Currently he is working as Head of Recoveries and Human Resource Department.
Ejaz Maher - Head Property and Administration
Mr. Ejaz Ahmad is a seasoned Banker having a total diversified Banking experience of 25 Years. He joined UBL in 1974, he peered his carrier in Priority Banking after having successfully attained his Masters Degree and his DAIBP Diploma in Banking. Later in 2002 he worked at Escorts Investment Bank as Head of Corporate Marketing. Also has a broad based experience in the fields of Real estate Development and Administration. He Joined Innovative Investment Bank Limited in 2007 and has been working as Head of Administration and Property Management.
Waqas Ahmad – CFO and Head of Accounts
Mr. Waqas is an Associate Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan and working as CFO with Innovative Investment Bank Limited. He has done B.Sc. in Double Mathematics and Statistics from Govt. College Sargodha - the University of Punjab and he also is an associate member of the institute of Pakistan Public Accountants.
He possesses excellent professional exposure of seven years managing Finance and Accounts Departments and corporate consultancy.”
Zaigham Abbas – Company Secretary
Mr. Zaigham Abbas joined Innovative Investment Bank Limited (IIBL) in May 2009 as a Company Secretary. He has done LLB (HONS) from University of London as an external student and MBA from NCBA&E. He has been appointed as an assistant legal advisor in IIBL in November 2007. He peered his professional grasp in Legal affairs and corporate departments comprised of 5 years.
Syed Zafeer ud Din – Credit Head
Mr. Zafeer has joined Innovative Investment Bank in November 25, 2008. He has earned a MBA degree major in Finance in 1995. Thereafter, he pursued his career with various leading leasing companies and Investment banks of Pakistan. Mr. Zafeer has also earned post graduate diploma in Islamic Banking & Insurance from the “Institute of Islamic Banking & Insurance” United Kingdom. He has 14 years diversified experience in the areas of Credits & Marketing, Leasing, Project Evaluation, Risk Management, Investment Banking, Project Monitoring, Capital Markets, etc. At present, he is also supervising Credit Administration & Risk Management departments in addition to his prime responsibilities.”
Muhammad Haleem – Manager IT
More than eight years direct extensive practical experience in complex business application software and systems architecture and design of IT (Information Technology) as well as MIS (Management Information Systems) deployment and Management with both national & multinational organizations and fame education institutes. Proven track record of developing and implementing software for network and desktop appliances.
Mukhtar Ahmad Cheema – Branch Head Lahore
Mukhtar Ahmad Cheema joined Innovative Investment Bank Limited (formerly Crescent Standard Investment Bank Limited) on June 20, 2002 and presently working as Vice President/Branch Manager of the Main Branch, Lahore. He has done M. Com from Hailey College of Commerce, University of The Punjab, Lahore. He worked at NDFC for over 16 years in Accounts, Working Capital Finance, Marketing, Investment Banking Operations and Branch Management. He also served Spencer & Co. (Pakistan) Ltd. for 7 years before joining NDFC.
Uzma Sultan – Branch Manager Karachi
Uzma Sultan is acting as Head of Karachi Branch of IIBL. She holds a Masters degree in Business Administration (Banking & Finance) and Bachelors in Commerce from Punjab University, Lahore.
